20-years experience pattern maker paired with a fully automatic fabric cutter allows each jersey to be cut precisely for a better fit, making every size feel like it was made to measure.
Cloth Printing
No fading, no cracking with clear and bright colors and high color reproduction. 15 digital printing machines, thermal transfer machines, and offset printing machines to meet any printing process.
Sewing
120 sewing workers, each with more than five years of sewing experience, are equipped with advanced Japane sewing machines to ensure that every jersey is stitched perfectly.
Quality Recheck
Each jersey needs to be trimmed, re-checked for size, size label and washing label, and reworked or destroyed unqualified products to ensure that the defective product rate is maintained below 0.35%.
Packing and Delivery
Cartons and moisture-proof bags are regular packaging, in addition, each of your jerseys includes moisture-proof and mildew-proof paper, as well as special PP bags to ensure that the goods are delivered to your hands intact.
